Hi Rachel, thanks so much for your lovely thoughts and comments. Surgery was, well, let's put it this way, it was dark. Lots happened - unexpected stuff. I had started bloggng about it today but received some very sad news that a really good friend who I met on this journey passed away very suddenly this morning. Real shocker and out of respect I have stopped the post but will complete it later in the week. Cancer is a tkotal son of a bitch.
